The Case:
The Victorinox Maverick 241824 is the perfect blend of elegance and function. The case is crafted from high-grade Swiss made stainless steel. Whilst the black PVD coated stainless steel bezel is as alluring as it is practical. The golden edge of the rotating bezel is knurled, which allows the wearer to easily rotate the unidirectional bezel. A lume pip is present at the 12 o’clock mark on the bezel, whilst hour golden increments form a track around the rest of the bezel. An embossed golden screw down crown is also positioned besides the 3 o’clock mark, it is protected by a crown guard. Triple coated anti reflective sapphire crystal glass protects the dial against sun and water damage.

The Dial:
The black dial acts as the perfect backdrop for the applied polished golden indices and lume filled hands. This helps to provide this timepiece with its opulent appearance. Victorinox have channelled contemporary trends into the design of the dial, as reflected by the addition of the well chiselled luminescent treated hands and applied markers. The dial is multi tonal, as it makes use of a two-step dial design. The inner dial displays the 12 to 24 hour indices, whereas the outer dial displays the first 12 hour increments and a date window at the 12 o’clock mark. The Luminox logo replaces the 12 o’clock mark.

The Strap:
Furthermore, the stainless-steel oyster style bracelet is one of the standout features belonging to this watch. A golden motif runs through the middle of the bracelet, it supplies the watch with its luxurious appearance, it also bears a resemblance to the Rolex Datejust 41. However, it is not just aesthetically pleasing, as the bracelet is highly durable and scratch resistant. But what stands out most is the way the Maverick remains so effortlessly elegant in every situation. It fastens easily using a deployment clasp.

The Functions:
Swiss made quartz movement powers the watch, it is positioned within a solid case back. This timepiece is water resistant up to 100 metres, so that it is suitable for snorkelling.
