A Chimera is a mythological creature depicted as having a lion's head, a snake as its tail, and a goat's head protruding from its back. This U-Boat Chimera is a limited edition bronze marvel of only 500 pieces and features a sizeable 46 mm aged bronze case that holds a matte brown metal dial with dual layers under a scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal a fixed bezel fastened with 5 screws. These specialized external screws with a custom head type hold together the bezel, carrure, and caseback. It has perforated bronze hands, laser-cut counters, indices, and Arabic numerals at the 4, 8, and 12 o'clock positions as hour markers. This "Destro"(right-handed) gents' sports watch is also equipped with a lefty screw-down crown, highly distinctive with its "canteen watch" inspired crown protective cap with a crown release system pusher at 10 o'clock position, a 3-day date aperture between 9 and 10 o'clock positions and a 24-hour indicator at the 4 o'clock position. On the right side of the case is a fixed plate with its limited edition number. A bit of green and white contrasts are evident via the dial texts, seconds/24-hour hands, and date. Fitted with a brown leather strap secured by an aged bronze buckle which gives off a classic look.
