The shipping was in total 7 days, weekend included. Normally it takes around 5 days for the watch to arrive from sweden to Italy so we are very sorry for the delay in the shipping process this time. Pre - buy communication with Vintage Watch Agency was nice and they responded thoroughly and fast. The watch reached me (from Sweden to Germany) within only two days - that’s fast! After unboxing the nicely boxed watch, I found it in almost impeccable condition - not bad for a watch at least 15 years old and even better as announced. Within the box I found the pressure - testing and accuracy - testing - protocols. Unfortunately I had to send the watch back (for personal reasons that had nothing to do with Vintage Watch Agency) and even the return process was super friendly, super smooth and with a lot of care for the customer (me :-) ). I totally recommend them for buying your favourite used time piece!

The seller was responsive and understanding. They sold a nice watch, but it was returned on my part. The watch is part of a limited set and I did not receive all the specific packaging/accessories for the limited set. Listing stated original box and papers, but I received the standard box for this manufacturer, not the limited box. Seller stated maybe there were different variations, but I do not believe this to be the case. Just did not meet my expectation so I returned and I do not agree with having to own the cost of returning an item that was misrepresented. I was also able to procure the same watch elsewhere with all the expected components.
