Der Versand von Spanien zu meinem Wohnort in Deutschland erfolgte sehr rasch. Die Uhr entsprach der von mir bestellten und war offensichtlich fabrikneu. Betriebsanleitung und ausgefüllte Garantiekarte waren ebenfalls beigefügt. Leider gibt es einen Wermutstropfen. Das von mir bestellte SEIKO Kinetic-Modell wird seit Jahren nicht mehr gebaut. Das ist mir bekannt. Die Uhr lag daher seit längerer Zeit bei dem Händler auf Lager. Bei der SEIKO Kinetic-Technologie spielt für die Stromspeicherung der Uhr ein LithiumIonen-Akku eine wesentliche Rolle. Wird die Uhr nicht bewegt oder der Akku mit einem speziellen Gerät von Zeit zu Zeit induktiv aufgeladen, entlädt er sich völlig, was zu seiner Beschädigung führt. Das ist bei der von mir gekauften Uhr offenbar passiert. Der elektrische Speicher, der voll geladen üblicherweise über viele Wochen die Uhr laufen lässt, ist nach einpaar Tagen schon erschöpft. Ich muss daher die Uhr zum SEIKO Garantieservice schicken lassen.

The watch arrived safely and intact with the original box and book. The only problem was that it was held by customs, citing incomplete information from shipper. The watch is in great condition and tested out on the timegrapher. Also, they sent a digital clock along with it!
