The watch arrived very quickly and for a good price. The packaging of the watch and the watch itself were according to the description. The only downside is that the watch lags by about a minute per day. Which I personaly find too much...Given that, I sent them to an authorized Alpina dealer in the Czech Republic for a warranty service/repair on practically the 3rd day of my ownership. Now I am waiting for the watch to be returned to me...

Hola. El problema del retraso suele estar causado porque el reloj ha estado parado bastante tiempo y los aceites no están convenientemente distribuidos. Es un problema que se suele solucionar sin ninguna intervención... solamente teniendo el reloj en funcionamiento durante 1 o 2 semanas. Si hubiera consultado, se habría ahorrado casi con total seguridad tener que llevar el reloj al servicio técnico. Que lo disfrute.

Honestly this the first watch I have bought in my entire life, and I was very cautious and checking the reviews on many dealers, and I decided on this this guy. I’ll admit his responses to others review may seem very direct and possibly rude to others, however, it’s a very real response, as he’s aware that a lot of people often forget that once he ships the watch, he can’t control the exact time of its arrival, or if the box may come in perfect condition, but that’s with every other dealer that has to ship their watches elsewhere, but at the end of the day he will no doubt get your watch to you, make sure it arrives how it appears in the pictures. I’d also add that I love my new watch from this guy
