Händler hat sehr spät geliefert. Erst nach Nachfrage über Chrono24 ging auf einmal alles ganz schnell. Auf Nachrichten direkt an den Händler hat er nicht reagiert. Die Ware war ansonsten TipTop.

Het traject tot aan de deal verliep uitstekend, daarna ging het echter minder soepel. Toen de verwachte levertermijn was overschreden en ik hier vragen over ging stellen verliep de communicatie alleen reactief. Toen de levertijd met ruim 3 weken was overschreden heb ik besloten de deal te cancellen en het horloge bij een andere handelaar te kopen.

Uhr mit älterem Kaliber als angegeben geliefert. Uhr wurde mit dem ETA anstatt mit dem Hamilton-Kaliber (Eta-Derivat) geliefert.

Bestellung und Versand verliefen problemfrei, Rückabwicklung war kompliziert und langwierig. Rücksendekosten mussten selber getragen werden. Status der Rücksendung und Prüfung musste mehrfach angefragt werden.

Bonne communication et très bonne réactivité par mail mais délai de livraison donné ne fut pas respecté, ce qui mit fin à la transaction.

Leider gab es ein paar Komplikationen. Der Händler hat aber sehr geholfen, diese zu lösen.

Nach langem hin und her wurde mir gesagt, dass die Uhr nicht mehr vorrätig wäre. Der letzte, abschließende Kontakt war dann aber doch nett und letztlich wurde der Vertrag widerrufen.

Communication can be improved. Sometimes it takes a few messages/days before the team replies. When they did reply it was very courteous. After a month, my order still was not ready to be shipped. Supposedly because the manufacturer itself delayed processing. Thus I cancelled my order.

Verpackung: gut Versand: Die Lieferung dauerte 3,5 Wochen. Das ist auch in Corona-Zeit zu lange und es gab hierzu keine rechtzeitige und zielgerichtete Kommunikation.

There were only one picture on the watch hence my rating on the picture. I would think that for this type of watch a lot more shall be there. I had to look elswhere to check on the details. As per the communication, when it happen it was very polite, but then I have been left without any news for weeks despite I have paid the watch. I understand the hard time, but I missed a lot a regular update on my purchase. Bought the watch on the 11.th of March and received it on the 28th of April.

Die Schutzverpakung für den Versand wahr ordentlich Verpakt, die Produktverpakug ist schonmal geöffnet worden. Das produnk selber aber Markellos!

Uhren die als sofort verfügbar angeboten werden, sind es nicht ....

Die Uhr kam "upside down" Karton an. Der Karton war zudem beschädigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler stoppte nach der Auslieferung.

Leider wurde der falsche Artikel versendet. Die Retour hat allerdings sehr gut funktioniert

Tha dealer failed to reply to me numerous times and the delivery window extended to triple the original, causing me to alter travel plans.

Wanted this item as Christmas gift and gave plenty of time for delivery. Didn't receive the watch until few days after New Year after "logistical" errors. Then when it "arrived" it was sent to a nearby but wrong address, needed to get in contact with the courier to resolve it. Communication was "okay" and they where apologetic but wouldn't recommend for first time buyers on Chrono24, left a negative feeling towards purchasing on here ever again unfortunately.

The watch was supposed to be in stock, to be delivered within 5 to 6 days. It took two weeks and the guarantee card is dated one week before delivery, by what seems to be another store.
