Versand erst nach einer Woche statt angekündigten 1-3 Tagen. Kommunikation über die Verzögerung musste ich starten.

Ik heb een horloge op 04-01 besteld en uiteindelijk 18-01 ontvangen. De zending was schijnbaar verloren gegaan. Maar daar werd ik niet van op de hoogte gesteld waardoor ik dus iedere dag maar zat te kijken of er al een wijziging in de verzendstatus was. Als ik van te voren had geweten dat het zo lang zou gaan duren had ik het horloge bij een andere dealer gekocht. De communicatie verliep netjes, alleen was de reactietijd niet heel geweldig. Daar ging nog wel eens één of meerdere dagen overheen. Het horloge was wel zoals omschreven en netjes verpakt.

I ordered the product and the seller "forgot" maybe to send it. After one week, if I did not have complained, I do not know if he would remember to send it. Except for this major irresponsibility of his part, everything else was fine.

Na gestão do envio, mudaram o transitário que inicialmente estava prometido, segundo transitário demorou quase uma semana só para ir levantar relógio ao vendedor, demorou quase 1 mês a entregar a encomenda! Na comunicação o comerciante foi extremamente arrogante e culpabilizou me por eu viver numa zona remota! Podia perfeitamente propor cobrar algo mais pelo transporte de forma decente e rápida, mas não o primeiro impulso foi partir para a descriminação!! Quando entregou a caixa está chegou numa lástima, alguma coisa caiu em cima dela, Para além da caixa de envio a caixa do relógio ficou danificado, felizmente o relógio escapou á fúria do transportador! Mas mesmo assim fico com um relógio na minha coleção sem uma caixa em condições! O vendedor assumiu enviar uma caixa, mas sinceramente já nem quero saber e declinei, só me faltava receber uma caixa vazia nas mesmas condições! O relógio parece funcionar em condições, noto que está a adiantar alguns segundos a mais por dia, em comparação com os outros relógios automáticos que tenho! Estou a tomar nota neste momento do diferencial e irei tomar uma decisão se o reclamo ou não! Por fim só me resta dizer que neste caso o barato saiu caro!

After getting a wrong tracking number, did not get any feedback on a mail send to the seller regarding the watch I purchased. Let just say, it lasted way too long to get hand on the product. The watch arrived finally as ordered it online.

Mejoraron el precio en función de que tenían menos cargas y tarifas por la venta a México, eso fue muy grato, sin embargo se dieron cuenta de que el reloj estaba defectuoso después de que ya habíamos acordado y tramitado el pago. De manera rápida ofrecieron disculpas y ofrecieron hacer un reembolso. La atención fue cordial, y los recomendaría pero fue muy decepcionante hacer una búsqueda por un reloj, encontrarlo, decidir hacer la compra y que luego el vendedor diga que siempre no tiene el producto en condiciones de venta.

Dies war meine zweite Bestellung bei Harvey Store. Bei der ersten Bestellung war ich auch wirklich sehr zufrieden, diesmal leider nicht. Die Uhr wurde innerhalb 24h geliefert, soweit alles vorbildlich. Beim auspacken der Uhr hatte ich aber das Gefühl es handelt sich diesmal nicht um eine neue originalverpackte Uhr. Die Referenzanhänger sowie die Schutzfolie des Gehäusebodens lagen im Karton herum. Ein Austeller oder Versandrückläufer? Werde es wohl nie erfahren… Freundlicherweise wurde ich vom Kundenservice angemailt mit der Frage ob denn alles in Ordnung sei, hab dann auch geantwortet und seitdem stellt sich die „liebe“ Lavinia vom Kundenservice tot. Keine Reaktion, kein garnichts und das seit über einer Woche. Ich hadere gerade mit mir ob ich nochmals bei Harvey Store bestelle.

Trotz Versandbestätigung von DHL wurde keine Wahre an DHL übergeben. Auf Nachfrage bei Chrono24 habe ich zunächst keine Antwort vom HarveyStore DE (Versender) erhalten. Nachdem ich die Kommunikation sowohl mit Chrono24 als auch mit HarveyStore DE höflich aber bestimmt als unbefriedigend, „da bleiben noch viele Wünsche offen“ bezeichnet habe wurde HarveyStore DE aktiv und mir wurde mitgeteilt das die Uhr angeblich an einen anderen Interessenten gegangen ist. Mein Exemplar deswegen beim Hersteller „Junghans in Deutschland“ bestellt werden musste und aber sich auf dem Weg zu mir befindet. Die Uhr habe ich dann 5 Tage später auch erhalten. Durch die Sendungsverfolgung konnte ich allerdings sehen das die Uhr aus Italien kam. Was mich bei einem deutschen Händler dann doch sehr überrascht und dem von mir beabsichtigten ökologischen Fußabdruck negativ beeinflusst. Fazit: Ich habe die bestellte Ware bekommen in tadellosem Zustand, nicht aus Deutschland wie beschrieben und auch erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, nachdem zum versprochenen Liefertermin keine Ware bei mir war. Werde ich bei HarveyStore DE nochmal bestellen, eher unwarscheinlich.

O relógio chegou mau embalado dentro do estojo. Por fora do estojo foi bem embalado. O relógio se deslocou e ficou solto dentro do estojo. Mas o maior problema foi que na compra sugeriram declarar um valor de 25% menor do que o real. Primeira compra que faço. Para mim era tranquilo. Mas gerou problemas com a receita federal no Brasil e acabei tendo que pagar um pouco mais que o dobro do que deveria. Entrei em contato com eles e aceitaram pagar a metade do custo extra que tive que pagar, mas até agora não pagaram.

Zweiter Versuch einer Bewertung! Leider bestanden widersprüchliche aussagen in der Lieferzeit, auf Nachfrage beim Händler wurde schließlich nicht reagiert, sodas Chrono24 eine Klärung einfordern musste. Letztendlich wurde geliefert.

Leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Auf Fragen wurde lange nichts geschrieben. Ich habe sehr lange auf meinen Artikel gewartet. Angegeben war 4 Wochen ich habe ihn nach 8 Wochen erhalten.

The sleeve which was shipped with the watch arrived torn. The watch itself was fine, but unfortunately the torn packaging somewhat affected the experience of buying the watch. Other than this everything else was fine.

The customer service is kind and polite, but they answered to my questions with a little more delay than what I expected, and the product availability status was wrong (but they corrected it after the cancellation of my order). As the product was not in their inventory, they offered me to wait for an additional week so that they can order the watch from their producer, but as I was not having answer of them before the end of the announced delivery time, I bought it elsewhere and I canceled the order.

Watch came with scratches inside the clasp. Seller stopped answering once i told him it is not “glue” like the explanation they gave me. Box of watch also slightly worn out. Not recommended.

Ordered a watch, made payment. 2 days after purchase got a message saying that the watch is not working and they cancelled the order. Still waiting for a refund. The process itself & communication was made easy and worked really well, frustrated about the fact that they sell watches that are not working.

Il venerdì 5 agosto pago l’orologio. Mercoledì 10 dopo 5 giorni non avendo notizie chiedo quando spediranno l’oggetto.Mi rispondono senza darmi una data. A questo punto dopo 2 giorni decido di annullare l’ordine.

Leider wurde im Lager die Uhr vertauscht, flott versendet und erreichte sein Ziel in kurzer Zeit. 👍Beim Auspacken fiel der Unterschied sofort auf und eine Stornierung in Auftrag gegeben. Die Urlaubszeit war dafür denkbar ungeeignet und verlangte etwas Geduld und einen langen Atem. Am Ende war alles gut und die Uhr wurde problemlos retourniert. Zu meinem Glück konnte ich den „Uhrensommer“ bei einem Juwelier in der Stadt in Anspruch nehmen und so das Objekt der Begierde dort noch käuflich erstehen. Das Armband konnte gleich vom Uhrmacher vor Ort gekürzt werden und ließen die dunklen Wolken der kleinen Enttäuschung verschwinden.

I ordered a new Victorinox inox. It was bought for a present and a rather inexpensive "test pilot" for the chrono platform (first time buyer here), as i am planning to purchase a Breitling. The price was fair, so i decided to give it a shot. The dealer has good pricing, but the watch i got was unfortunately with some minor, but annoying, issues (minutes hand was out of alignment at 10 and 11 o'clock and the rubber strap was stained from the original packaging). I ended up returning the watch, as the dealer did not have an exchange unit to offer. The communication until delivery and follow-up after delivery was excellent and prompt, but once the issues arose, the communication became slow, so i had to involve the chrono team. Delivery of the watch to me was rather slow (took a week from Italy to Denmark), but returning it took 24hrs. The payment and refund of the money was via the escrow account, so no issue there, just took a few days. General advice - if you are detail-oriented and plan to order an expensive watch, be very thorough and prompt in checking it upon delivery. File any issues right away. If you need the watch on a tight time schedule, bear in mind delays can happen and the delivery timeframe is just a guideline, that gets updated along the way.

Keine Reaktion auf schriftliche Nachfrage. Erst nach telefonischem Nachfassen über die Plattform eine Antwort - diese aber auch verzögert. In Summe: Produkt wie bestellt, verzögerter Versand, schlechte Kommunikation

The response time in their chat is ok , but I received the item with a delay and the explanation was “ dhl lost your destination location..” . First it was not shipped by DHL but UPS and I am not satisfied by this explanation. Also the plastic covers of the front sapphire and back mineral crystal are missing. If you buy it for yourself ist ok but not good when you are planning to make a birthday present..

I started off by messaging the seller to confirm if a watch was in stock. They confirmed it was. After 10 days they told me they would send it by express shipping, they didn’t. Deal was canceled, but lost some precious time.
