We understand that the warranty card, manual and box were not as shown on the picture, for which we apologised. The good news is that you received the new box, new warranty card with QR code and the new manual as per standard delivered by Breitling since 2021. All newer Breitling watches receive this new blue warranty card with the small booklet attached to it in the smaller blue box with travel pouch, Breitling does not give out any more paper editions of the papers and manuals. First of all we would like to congratulate you with the recent purchase of this beautiful second hand Omega watch. We understand that the outdoor packaging of your watch box had some minor dents, which is unfortunately not insurmountable, when buying a second hand watch. Moreover we would like to point out that the outer box was not part of your original purchase, and it was neither noted on the ad, or seen on any of the pictures. When you notified us that you were unhappy with the state, we agreed to change the outer box for you, even though the outer box was an additional service from our part. Best regards

We totally agree that it is not acceptable that DHL did not deliver the watch to you in person, but instead just delivered the parcel to your building. We have contractual agreement with them that they have to deliver to a person, but apparently sometimes these agreements are not implemented properly. We have therefor filed a complaint about the delivery with DHL and will keep you posted on this. Kind regards,

Bonjour Monsieur, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser votre avis sur l’achat de votre nouvelle montre Hublot. Nous sommes déçu de lire que le chronograph ne fonctionnait pas quand vous avez reçu la montre. Surtout car nous avons reçu la montre du revendeur officiel Hublot le jour avant la date l’expedition à vous, comme vous pouvez voir sur la garantie officielle Hublot, qui est daté la veille. Malheureusement cela arrive de temps en temps chez toutes les marques de montres, que même les montres totalement neuves sortent de la production avec un défaut lié au fonctionnement du mouvement (qui est fort raffiné). Ceci est notamment la raison pour laquelle les marques offrent des garanties de plusieurs années. Le problème de votre montre sera résolu sous la garantie mondiale de Hublot, sans frais pour vous. Nous restons de toute façon a votre disposition pour des questions. Cordialement,
