Item was good but the photos did not show the scratches on the bezel. Also, seller took one week before starting the shipping process. Item shipped from Hong Kong, not Japan, which wasn't a big deal but was not mentioned prior to sale. Overall, the watch was good value and the item was packaged well, but certain details should have been included and shipping could have started sooner.

Shipping and payment processing were quick and smooth. But as soon as i placed the order, they disclosed additional information that there were small and minor scratch even though the description said new unworn no sign of wear. That’s misleading, especially after many days of picking and choosing the watch of choice. Also, their correspondence stated the watch comes with a5 year international warranty. After receiving the watch, they disclosed they bought their watch from authorized dealer and that warranty will be honored in Japan. they are not sure in other countries. Hence the international part in their statement is NOT correct. Not honest and upfront like the other sellers.

I placed an order and gave my address, a post office box. They e-mailed me that it had to be a street address so I gave them that address and told them IF they send it by carrier to use my street address which they had . They sent it to the post office with my street address. Since my post office only uses addresses with box numbers the package was lost and marked "return to sender". After a lot of effort on my part I was able to find the package before it was returned. In total it took about 30 days to receive the item. The dealer and shipping company needs to read the correspondence sent to them and follow it!

I requested the item to be shipped on a specific date so it would arrive on time for me to personally pick it up. The dealer disregarded my requests and sent the package as soon as they could so they could charge for their timepiece. Chronos24 advised that the guarantee may also be invalid AFTER I made the purchase, so I think that was a bit dishonest

時計の革ベルトの色が写真と実物では大分異なっていた。 実物と異なる場合がありますと説明書きはあるものの、革ベルトの場合はその色合いや風合いが商品価値の重要な要素にないうるため、実際の商品画像で説明すべき、もしくは、事前に説明があるべきと思いました。実際、商品が届いて時計を見たときは少しがっかりしてしまいました。 また、後から商品保障の期限が2017年までとの説明があり、その分のディスカウントオファーがありました。 商談合意してから発送まで少し時間がかかりました。

Sending by UPS was a disaster, disorganised, misinformation, conflicting information, overcharged with additional incorrect costs, that has to be corrected afterwards, that will cost a lot of time and effort , the utmost unprofessional dilevery company I ever experienced in my life! This was my first and it will be also my last experience with UPS, never again I will use their services The package with the watch send by TWC was perfect!

Seller definitely serious (I did not go through with the purchase). But very very rigid (responses to requests are consistently negative... which does not leave a topissime impression.) Apart from this, responds very quickly (but always negatively!) Vendeur certainement sérieux (je ne suis pas allé au bout de l’achat). Mais très très rigide (les réponses aux demandes sont systématiquement négative... ce qui ne laisse pas une impression topissime.) Mis à part ceci, répond très rapidement (mais toujours négativement!)

The watch was already paid for, the package was on the brink of being sent. Last minute my order was cancelled because the watch was found to be malfunctioning. Outside of this unfortunate news the communication was good, but I am still disappointed that the malfunctions were found so late.
