Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that receiving an item with a default is frustrating. We have sent your entirely new watch with full brand warranty at a highly discounted online price exactly as how we received it from our long term supplier, who is an official Breitling dealer. Upon return of your item, we noticed the mark on the bezel of the watch. We understand it should not have passed our quality check like this and apologise again for the inconvenience. We have contacted the supplier and they noted why you were unhappy with the state of the watch. Unfortunately, due to the item being out of production, they could not deliver another piece in exchange. We hope that the fast and swift handling of your return and refund will make you reconsider us for your future purchases. Kind regards

2 bandjes gekocht bij blijkbaar dezelfde handelaar (met twee verschillende namen). Samen verpakt en verzonden, maar wel gewoon 2x shipping kosten rekenen. Zeer klantonvriendelijk!

Dear Sir, We do not agree with your feedback. You did not communicate at all to us about any of your purchases. You made two different online purchases on two different platforms and shipping cost is automatically calculated on those two platforms. You also paid for your two orders on the two different platforms. At no time did you send us a message or try to communicate with us. And now suddenly you are complaining that we sent the two bracelets that you ordered from us on two different platforms at the same time together in one parcel? Why did you not simply ask in advance to ship together and to pay only one shipping for example? We just followed up on your automatic orders and now you are complaining about something we were not even aware about. If you would have told us in advance, we could have easily refunded you one of the two shipping costs. But you decide to just blame us here rather than getting in touch with us? If you cancel your bad review here we are willing to refund one of your shipping costs, if not then that means you are of bad intention and we don't see any reason why we should refund as you are complaining actually about your own behaviour. Thank you
