I had. a problem with this dealer, in particular listing code 7N5AK0, Patek Philippe 5015P, with Original Box and Original Paper. In short, the dealer was misrepresenting the product. The listing had no picture of the original box nor paper, but when I requested, Ellie from the dealer replied "As this is a pre-owned piece we cannot confirm that it is the original box, however, we do provide a Patek box. Unfortunately, we do not have the original papers, just the extract provided by Patek. " When I commented that the listed specifically stated Original Box and Original Papers, she replied "Apologies, I will get this amended.". What was amended was only the new price, but the Original Box and Original Paper remained in the listing, and I perceived this as a deliberate act. To trade in a platform like Chrono24, I believe transparency, accuracy of information and trust from the dealers are the keys for sustainability. I am extremely disappointed that the dealer did not comply with these principles, but instead I got a final comment that "We were offering you a platinum timepiece at the white gold value." Just because the dealer is offering a sub market price watch, does that mean the listing can be misrepresented? I think not. I hope buyers who plan to purchase from this dealer perform a thorough due diligence before the transaction.

Hi, regarding the listing it was unfortunate and as we are all human and mistakes happen. You are correct the listing did say papers however it only came with the extract of archives from Patek Phillipe. We apologised and then offered you the watch at a heavily discounted price which you have failed to mention. The price was equivalent to a white gold Calatrava. You then kept asking for further reductions, even having offered you the piece at a hugely reduced price. After not coming to a deal, we evaluated the price and changed it according to the market, not out of spite as you allege! You are leaving this unfair negative review as you did not purchase the piece and now realise you are not able to purchase this piece close to what was offered with any other dealer worldwide. You had a chance and you missed it! We wish we were also able to leave a review for you as it shows you are clearly abusing the review system. I hope other dealers can see your name so they would think twice before dealing with you.

I accepted the dealer’s posting to purchase a watch and I was sent a link to pay for the watch. In less than 12 hours from accepting the dealer’s offer and the payment request, I received a message from the dealer that the watch was sold to someone else. In my view I would be wary whether the dealer will honor its obligations.

We are sorry that you are unhappy. As a company policy, we do not reserve or hold watches, until payment has been made/received. Therefore, because the payment wasnt made/received from you, it was still available to other buyers.
